Eid Holiday & Preorder Terms & Conditions – Lokkisona.com

1. Delivery & Dispatch Schedule
   By placing an order during the Eid holiday period, customers agree that deliveries will be processed between 26th March to 1st April, depending on order type and availability.

2. In-Stock Products
   All items marked as In Stock will begin dispatch from 25th March onwards. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to holiday logistics.

3. Out of Stock / Preorder Items
   Products that are currently Out of Stock will be dispatched once they are restocked in our warehouse. The expected restock and dispatch window is approximately 1st April to 5th April.

4. Delivery Delays
   Due to Eid holidays and high order volume, slight delays in dispatch and delivery may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

5. Order Confirmation
   All orders placed during this period are considered as acceptance of these terms and the adjusted delivery timelines.

6. Changes & Cancellations
   Orders for preorder or out-of-stock items cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless there is an exceptional issue from our side.

7. Customer Support
   Our support team may operate on limited hours during Eid holidays, and responses may take longer than usual.
